   Friday - Badminton
      Saturday - Rest *Repair
Sunday - Jogging

Monday - Rest *Repair
Tuesday - Swimming
Wednesday - Jogging
Thursday - Rest *Repair
Friday - Gym

- Little ADVICE In Jogging Track -
Warm Up 5min before
Start with a walk
Warm up 15min after
*Do not overstretched like i did today =x
Warm Up did help on better sweating n minimal ur muscleache

Plenty Of Water after Running ^^
Exercise 4 hours after meal
n Take ur meal at least an hour after Exercise *For babe girls who wana slim down =)

- PLANNING on a DANCE class -
Heard from Jeffrey recently about V dance studio
Might wana try out L.A Style dance class *wat is knw is kinda hiphop stuff
n Also Raggae or New Jazz

Still in consider due to my financial situation =="
